Processing Time

All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be produced and processed before it ships. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is offered on orders over a certain amount (if applicable – you can update this later).

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that these are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website.

Important Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been placed.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional fees before we can reship.
• Custom-made items cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
