Refund policy

All products sold by CanCutGlass are custom-cut to each customer's specific dimensions and specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason once production has begun.

All sales are final.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., we made an error in the cut dimensions or glass type), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fastestgaskets@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review each case individually. If the issue is verified as our responsibility, we will work with you to make it right (repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion).

Items returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-cut process, all items are non-returnable except in the limited cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage described above. This includes sale items, discounted products, and any made-to-order glass panels.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a verified defect or error on our part, we will process it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Important Note

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misrepresented goods. We recommend keeping all original packaging until you have fully inspected the product.
