FAQ

How fast can I get a price for my custom glass? You can get an instant price in seconds. Just enter your dimensions or upload a DXF file — no waiting days for a quote like traditional glass shops.

What is the minimum order quantity? There is no minimum order. You can order just 1 piece of glass if that’s all you need.

What materials do you offer? We offer a range of precision-cut materials including: Clear Glass, Frosted Glass, Mirror Glass, Borosilicate Glass, and Polycarbonate. See full comparison → Materials Guide

How accurate is your CNC / waterjet cutting? We cut with tight tolerances of ±0.015 inches on most materials using high-precision CNC and waterjet machines.

What file format should I use for custom shapes? DXF is the best and most accurate format. We also support simple dimension entry on our pre-made designs (disc/circle, square, rectangular, oval, capsule/slot, etc.).

Can you make square, round, rectangular, or custom-shaped glass? Yes! We have dedicated customizers for:

  • Disc / Circle Glass
  • Square & Rectangular Glass
  • Rounded Square / Capsule Glass
  • Oval & Ring Glass
  • Fully custom shapes via DXF upload

What thicknesses are available? Common thicknesses are 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4". Many materials are also available in other thicknesses — just ask if you need something specific.

How long does shipping take? We ship across the entire United States. Most orders are processed quickly and ship within a few business days.

Do you offer volume discounts for larger orders? Yes — the more you order, the lower the per-piece price. You’ll see the discounted pricing automatically in our instant quote tool.

Are your glass pieces suitable for tabletops, shelves, or high-traffic use? Absolutely. Clear and tempered-style glass works great for shelves and tabletops. Borosilicate is ideal for high-heat or thermal applications, while polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable for safety glazing and guards.

What if I’m not sure which material or thickness I need? No problem. Upload your drawing or describe your application and we’ll help you choose the right material and get the perfect fit.

Still have a question? We reply quickly. Just send us a message or upload your file — we’re here to help.
