Frequently asked questions

What type of mirror glass do you use?
We use standard silver-backed float glass mirror with a protective copper and paint coating on the back to prevent oxidation. It is the same mirror used in furniture, bathrooms, and retail fixtures.

What thickness should I choose?
1/8" mirror is standard for most wall and furniture applications. 1/4" is heavier and used for larger mirrors (over 24") or where rigidity matters, such as gym mirrors or frameless installations.

How to measure

  1. Measure the finished cut size you need — not the rough stock.
  2. Rectangles: length × width. Circles: diameter across the widest point.
  3. Pick thickness in the quoter.
  4. Use inches.
  5. Fully custom shape? Use the glass builder or upload a DXF there.
