Hexagon Glass Cut to Size
Hexagon glass needs one measurement: the diameter from tip to tip across two opposite corners. Enter it, choose a material, and the quoter gives you a price right away.
Hexagons are used for mirror walls and tiles, frames, terrariums, light covers and craft panels. Order several mirror hexagons and they'll all come out the same size.
Measuring: measure corner to corner through the center. If you only know the flat-to-flat width, divide it by 0.866 to get the tip-to-tip size.
Materials: clear glass, frosted glass, mirror, borosilicate, polycarbonate and acrylic.
How it's cut: CNC cut (laser, waterjet, and more) to ±0.015″. We don't cut tempered glass, and edges are left as cut, without polishing or bevels.

What you enter: Diameter (tip to tip). Pick inches or mm in the quoter.
Size: Glass and polycarbonate go up to 18″ × 12″ (2 mm clear glass is 9″ × 7″), borosilicate up to 12″ × 12″, and acrylic up to 32.5″ × 32.5″. The quoter shows the exact limit for each material.

- Pick thickness in the quoter.
- Use inches.
